Can't decide - Yahoo! or Google?

A friend IM'ed this morning with a link to this site:

www.gahooyoogle.com

It's true, I tend to use Google exclusively to find information, and that's lazy. Yahoo work hard too, it's sometimes easy to forget about them as part of the 90's dotcom survivor, but they are still there, bigger than ever and giving Google a good run for their money. But how do you actually know which search engine is 'better' for your purposes? Use www.gahooyoogle.com and get a side-by-side performance check of Google and Yahoo! fighting it out to deliver the results of your search.

Not only can you quickly and directly compare the top results returned by both search engines, you can also see who is returning results fastest...so far, in my testing, it's Google everytime. But it's the difference in the results that is most interesting. For a while now I have had a vague but growing dissatisfaction with Googl. Whilst producing tons of great new apps for the web, they seem happy to leave their search interface in its 1990's glory. They are probably terrified of changing it, but hopefully things like www.gahooyoogle.com will keep them on their toes...
